ASTRO's JINJIN to Hold First Solo Concert After 9 Years Since Debut
JINJIN of K-pop group ASTRO (under Fantagio Entertainment) is set to hold his first solo concert. The event, titled 'JINJIN [JIN LAB Vol1. Find Your Groove]', will take place at the Yes24 Wonderrock Hall in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, on February 16th.
The concert is being held in conjunction with 'JIN LAB', a music project that JINJIN officially launched in March last year. It will feature the first live performances of songs from this project. As this marks JINJIN's first solo concert since his debut with ASTRO in 2016, fan anticipation is running high.
Through the 'JIN LAB' project, JINJIN has been releasing self-written and composed songs monthly, showcasing not only his solid musical abilities but also sharing his personal inspirations and sincere stories. His well-crafted original songs, including 'Good Enough', 'For Me (feat. MRCH)', 'Self-esteem', 'You', 'Breakup Delivery', 'Carry on', 'Here', 'Runaway', and 'Beat that Drum', have received positive reviews.
At this solo concert, JINJIN plans to present a live performance encompassing all of his high-quality works to date. There is considerable interest in how his musical style and emotional performances will resonate with and heal the audience.
As ASTRO's leader and an all-round artist, JINJIN continues to work on his 'JIN LAB' project while also establishing himself as a musical actor through performances in productions such as 'Dream High', 'Winter Traveler', and 'Crash Landing on You'. He currently serves as a DJ for EBS Radio's 'Idol Korean', demonstrating his stable hosting abilities while connecting with listeners.
'JINJIN [JIN LAB Vol1. Find Your Groove]' will be held for two shows on February 16th at 2 PM and 6:30 PM at the Yes24 Wonderrock Hall in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. Fan club pre-sale tickets will be available on the 13th at 8 PM through Yes24 Ticket, while general ticket sales will open at the same time on the 14th.
