According to Circle Chart on January 10th, NewJeans (Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, Hyein) sold a total of 3,098,275 albums last year. This represents an 11.4% market share, ranking first among K-pop female artists in album sales according to Circle Chart's 2024 album sales review.

In 2023, NewJeans achieved 'million-seller' status with both their May double single 'How Sweet' and their June Japanese debut single 'Supernatural'. These releases have sold over 1.24 million and 1.3 million copies respectively. Additionally, their previous releases including their debut album 'New Jeans', single album 'OMG', and second EP 'Get Up' continue to maintain steady sales.

NewJeans' digital presence remained strong in 2024. On Circle Chart's 2024 Global K-pop category, the group placed 13 songs including 'How Sweet', 'Super Shy', 'Ditto', 'OMG', 'ETA', and 'Hype Boy'. They also dominated the digital and streaming categories with 11 and 10 songs respectively. On Melon's 2024 annual domestic chart released on January 9th, eight spots were occupied by NewJeans songs, demonstrating their consistent popularity across both new releases and previous works.

Notably, 'Supernatural' reached second place on Melon's international annual chart. According to Melon, while K-pop artists occasionally appear on the international annual chart, NewJeans is the only artist to rank in the top positions.

Based on these achievements, NewJeans swept major awards including grand prizes at domestic year-end ceremonies such as '2024 KGMA' and 'AAA 2024'. They also won the 'Excellence Award' at Japan's prestigious 'Japan Record Awards' for the second consecutive year.
